Secondary school girls aged 12–18
Coding Clubs
Coding Clubs are weekly sessions held in secondary schools across Tanzania. They introduce girls to programming, problem-solving, and computational thinking while building teamwork and confidence.
Key Objectives:
- Introduce girls to basic programming concepts
- Develop computational thinking and problem-solving skills
- Encourage collaboration and creativity in technology

Girls aged 15–22 with interest in STEM
GSI Program
The GSI Program provides girls with advanced technology training including robotics, artificial intelligence, and mentorship opportunities. It’s designed to improve academic performance and spark long-term interest in STEM careers.

- Provide mentorship from industry professionals

Young women aged 16–25 pursuing ICT or entrepreneurship
Jovia Program
The Jovia Program is an advanced ICT and incubation initiative for girls and young women pursuing careers in technology and entrepreneurship. Participants gain technical training, mentorship, and online incubation support.

Mentorship & Incubation
Our mentorship and incubation programs guide girls and young women as they apply their skills in real-world projects. Participants work with industry professionals and gain access to innovation support networks.
